The Management Team of EA|GA assembled by Douglas Railton brings a diverse set of skills to the organization. We are very proud to have such a unique and talented group to work with. Each person brings great strengths and skills in their respective fields of knowledge to EA|GA.

Phuc Do, General Manager
Mr.Do obtained his B.Sc. with a major in IT and Multimedia from the Royal Melbourne institute of technology, HCMC, Vietnam. Subsequently, he obtained his Masters of Communications at the Royal Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Australia. While attending the university, Mr. Do worked at a business and IT solutions firm as an e-Marketing consultant and project manager for developing the e-commerce system for www.studioitalia.com.au. Upon his return to Vietnam, Mr. Do worked at Dofyco Printing establishing key customer relationships, coordination of public relations efforts and successfully integrated Business Management and Customer Relationship Management software solutions into the daily business of Dofyco Printing. Mr. Do has been working with EA|GA for over three years in management, developing business plans and strategy.
Professor Thanh Hoang, Director for Government Relations and Education
Professor. Thanh has spent a lifetime in the banking, education and governmental sectors developing important relationships with Vietnamese organizations. As Program Director for the Vietnamese Chamber of Commerce in Southern California, Professor Thanh gained the knowledge and insight to be a founder and executive Director of the Vietnamese-American Chamber of Commerce (VACC_USA). As a linguist specialist for the US Department of State, he has been involved with numerous high level documents including the Bilateral Trade Agreement, the US_VN Textile Agreement, Anti-International Terrorism Training Manual and more. Professor Thanh’s academic background includes a professorship at the University of Southern California, Academic Dean for South Bay College of Business and Academic Director for Northcentral University (USA), in association with Ho Chi Minh City of Industry (VN).
Beau Dempsey, Technology
Mr. Dempsey received his B.Sc. from the Stephen F. Austin State University, with a major in Environmental Science from the College of Forestry. Mr. Dempsey has a long history of involvement in environmental and aquatic projects, developing new technology and products in the aquatic life support arena. He established Pro-Aquatics, a division of Fritz Industries in Mesquite Texas that developed professional grade products designed to promote the overall health and sustainability to aquatic institutions including zoos, aquariums and aquaculture facilities. His line of products were enthusiastically embraced by the aquatics industry and is still in use on many prominent facilities today. He has consulted with many well recognized names in the industry including Walt Disney World, Gannix Feeds, Aquatic-Eco-Systems, Blue Oasis Shrimp, Bass Pro Shops and more.
Thomas Reynolds
Tom Reynolds brings more than 35 years of experience in executive and managerial roles in the data communications, networking and security industries. He has co-founded three companies, and created and sustained growth of new businesses within notable multinational companies. Prior to co-founding MindBridge, Tom co-founded a network services company operating under the name Gigafin Networks, where he remains as non-executive chairman. Before Gigafin, Tom co-founded Infinity Networks and Container Security, where he was CEO. As a senior sales executive, Tom led the team that increased Ericsson’s data business ten-fold in two years. Other successes in Tom’s career include PairGain, Actelis, Motorola, HP and Harris. Tom holds a Bachelor of Design from the University of Colorado.
Paul Lambert, International Real Estate Consultant
Paul founded Lambert Advisory in 1995 and his firm has provided corporate, not-for-profit, and governmental clients with a wide range of real estate advisory services since its inception. Prior to starting Lambert Advisory, Paul worked for Arthur Andersen LLP and Goodkin Research Corporation where he was in charge of their South Florida and Latin America real estate economic practice. Paul also served as a principal consultant to Harvard University's Public Housing Operating Cost Study. Paul holds a B.A. from Miami University in Ohio. As an undergraduate Paul also attended The London School of Economics as a Beaver Fellow to study British housing policy, and subsequently graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he received a Master's Degree in City Planning.
Rob Kirk, Director Environmental Sector
Rob has more than 30 years of experience working as a business manager and consultant, holding senior and executive management positions with fortune 500 and Global companies. Rob’s work has put him in direct contact with senior business managers and government officials including the US EPA, various state agencies, Saudi Arabian PME, Environment Canada and a range of provincial authorities. Rob graduated with a B.S. Environmental Resource Management from the Pennsylvania State University in 1977. In addition he has also completed professional studies in the areas of Executive Business Studies, Advanced Environmental Management Systems, Lead Auditing, Pulp and Paper, Hazardous Waste Management and Crisis Management Care.
Dr. Alfredo C. Panizales, Director Telecommunications Sector
Alfredo has 30+ years experience in all aspects of the telecommunication industry. Direct responsibility for wire wireless, mobile, broadband and satellite. Alfredo is President and CEO of Trilink Corporation and has enjoyed a successful career in the telecommunications industry spanning more than 20 years. Prior to heading up Trilink Alfredo was Vice President of Domestic Satellite Philippines, Vice President Cable & Wireless Philippines, an advisor to China Eximbank and JBIC Fiber Optics Transmission System and has written a number of Business Management books and Research articles. Alfredo was Professor of Strategic Management at the Pannasastra University Cambodia and the former Dean of the Graduate School of Management. He has consulted to the World Bank/ADB on Bio-diversity projects at the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries & Forestry and is currently involved with ADB, JBIC (Japan Bank for International Cooperation), China Eximbank, KPMG projects in Cambodia’s emerging telecommunications industry as Advisor of Telecom Cambodia, the operations arm of the Ministry of Post & Telecom in Cambodia.
