Thomas P. Reynolds
Tom Reynolds brings more than 35 years of experience in executive and managerial roles in the data communications, networking and security industries. He has co-founded three companies, and created and sustained growth of new businesses within notable multinational companies. Prior to co-founding MindBridge, Tom co-founded a network services company operating under the name Gigafin Networks, where he remains as non-executive chairman. Before Gigafin, Tom co-founded Infinity Networks and Container Security, where he was CEO. As a senior sales executive, Tom led the team that increased Ericsson’s data business ten-fold in two years. Other successes in Tom’s career include PairGain, Actelis, Motorola, HP and Harris. Tom holds a Bachelor of Design from the University of Colorado.

Andrew Junker, Ph.D.
Andrew Junker has over 40 years as an award-winning inventor, research scientist and educator. Andrew developed MindBridge’s brain-computer-interface (BCI) technology, is a noted BCI expert, has published research papers extensively and is author of key BCI patents. His work has been featured on television shows on PBS, BBC, NBC, and ABC’s Good Morning America. Prior to MindBridge, Andrew was President of Brain Actuated Technologies, where he began productizing the BCI technology he developed. Before Brain Actuated Technologies, Andrew worked as a research scientist in the Aerospace Medical Research Labs at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio. Andrew holds a PhD from Wright State University, Dayton Ohio.

Frank Guerrero
Product Management
Frank Guerrero has over 25 years of marketing and product management experience in consumer and enterprise products. He brings a history of managing and launching products in both start up and Fortune 500 companies, domestically and internationally, including successful placement of product into research giant Gartner Group’s Magic Quadrant. Previously, he was Vice President of Marketing at Gigafin, Solsoft, Propel and VPNet, a pioneer in virtual private networking (VPN), where he defined and launched families of hardware and software that resulted in VPNet being acquired by communications systems leader Avaya. Frank holds a Bachelors of Science in Engineering degree from California State University, Northridge.

Michael McIntosh
Software Engineering
(Esperdyne, Inc.)
Michael has worked with the executives of MindBridge for a few years as the President of Esperdyne has over 16 years experience in software development. In the original role as lead developer for Brain Actuated Technologies (BAT), he worked closely with Andrew Junker to develop key aspects of the core technology, which led to the first commercial product called the Cyberlink – a forerunner to MindBridge’s current technology. He has continued developing and consulting on MindBridge’s technology. During his tenure at BAT, Michael was featured on the Discovery Channel special “KAPOW! Superhero Science” where he discussed BAT’s technology and demonstrated hands-free control of a 3D action/adventure game, giving the technology nationwide exposure. Previously, Michael was vice president of Search Technology and Senior Search Architect at Web systems designer and integrator TNR Global and lead engineer at Web search pioneer Lycos. Michael holds a holds a Computer Management degree from ICM School of Business in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Ted Larson
Hardware Engineering
(Ologic, Inc.)
Ted has worked with the executives of MindBridge for a few years as the President of Ologic, and is a noted electronics designer with over 25 years in technology planning and is an expert consultant to toy companies such as Hasbro. Ted was involved in the development of the recent MindBridgehardware designs, and has the responsibility to lead the hardware development team in further developing the platforms and other related hardware technologies. Ted is the Founder of Urbanite Network, a web based content publishing platform, and also held positions at Hewlett-Packard, Iomega, and the Los Alamos National Laboratory. Ted has a BS and MS in Computer Science from Cal-Poly in San Luis Obispo, California.

Michael Schuette, Ph.D.
Michael Schuette has over 30 years experience in technology development and research. Michael is an expert in neurobiology, neuropathology and psychology and has authored several, including key BCI-related, patents. Michael was most recently the Vice President of Technology Development at OCZ Technologies. Before OCZ, he was CTO at OnScreen Technologies and program manager at global patent syndicate TAEUS. Michael holds a PhD from Ludwig Maximilians University of Munich and post-doctoral work at NYU, CCNY, Queens College NY and Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City.

Joe Morici
Sales and Business Development
(joining post-funding)
Joe Morici has over 25 years as a sales executive in gaming and consumer products. Previously, he was vice president of sales at 505 Games, where he established the company’s channel, which included all major US retailers. Before 505 Games, Joe has held senior sales executive roles at Eidos Interactive, Fujitsu and Capcom and was vice-chair and founder of the Entertainment Software Association. Joe has a Bachelors of Science in Commerce from Santa Clara University in California.

Ian Gerrard
CFO (part time)
Ian brings over 20 years of experience managing and building information technology businesses. Ian has most-recently assisted a number of early-stage businesses in the US and overseas. As Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Comsat International, Ian was responsible for managing all finance, corporate development and M&A functions through its eventual sale to British Telecom. Previously, Ian served as Executive Director of Corporate Business Development for Global One/Equant, and held several key management positions at Sprint International and MCI Communications. Ian holds an MBA from American University in Washington, D.C. and an accounting degree from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Australia. Ian is also a member of the Australian Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Kerry Smith
Legal Counsel
(Montgomery & Hansen, LLP)
Kerry is a Partner at Montgomery & Hansen, with more than 20 years experience in the practice of corporate and securities law at major U.S. law firms, and has been CFO of a NASDAQ listed public company. He has represented international and domestic public companies, emerging growth corporations, venture capital funds and private equity funds in a broad array of industries. He advises clients in the area of general corporate governance matters, including matters relating to Sarbanes-Oxley, stock exchange rules and regulations, reporting and compliance. Kerry holds a J.D. from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law and a B.S. in Accountancy from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He is a CPA (inactive) and practiced at Deloitte & Touche prior to attending law school.
