Services provided by EA|GA for clients that are not ready to commit to a full in-country office and staff, allows clients the opportunity to establish an immediate local presence, capability and credibility within Vietnam and the region for project development and execution. Virtual Corporate Support Services (VCSS) programs provided by EA|GA allow a client to step their entry into the region without the need to establish an office or physical presence on day one. Each VCSS program is individually created based on the needs of the client. In its simplest form, EA|GA represents the client in Vietnam for certain preauthorized activities. Typically this starts off with the client appointing EA|GA certain representation rights to facilitate entry level activities resulting in increased efficiency for client’s senior executives when visiting the region to evaluate their entry method. Clients can use their resources and increase in-country time more effectively by engaging EA|GA to manage initial and follow up meetings with potential clients, customers, government officials and establish a virtual office in Vietnam through EA|GA. Once a project matures and the client establishes a local presence, EA|GA will be phased out of the daily operations, turning them over to the client. EA|GA at all times will be representing the client as the client, not as an independent sales rep or broker.

For early stage meetings, EA|GA can advise travel and visa issues, perform pre delegation due diligence, agenda coordination and issue/coordinate formal meeting requests. Other services including translation of documents and the ability to stage concurrent multi-language presentations are available. Education the client’s decision makers in advance of meetings/presentations, submissions, etc. has historically proved to be very valuable to the clients.

Once the client’s delegation has departed Vietnam after meetings, EA|GA will follow up on business related issues and deliverables with the client’s local business associates, involved government agencies, etc. and conduct follow up meetings on behalf of clients insuring a seamless continuity.
